Welcome to our quick tip of the day!  Working in the front office, we receive a lot of phone calls and questions.  One question that comes up that we want to address for new patients is: How do I make an appointment?

This is a great question because we want to be your new dental home.  We want to make the process as easy as possible, so we ask you to have some information readily accessible, such as your insurance information.  If you are not the main subscriber for the insurance, you should have the subscriber’s date of birth and SSN information or insurance ID number, as we will need them.  We accept most PPO plans (no HMO plans).  If you are not sure, you can always contact your insurance carrier to find out if our office is in-network.  With technology nowadays, you can log in to your insurance website and find this information instead of calling them. But then again, if you like to speak to a live person, call them up!  Also, know your schedule- your days off, your drive time to our office during rush hour times, your kids’ schedule, so we can find a date and time that works best for you. 

Being prepared with this information will definitely help schedule your first appointment with ease.
